Lashan Wanigasekera

Lashan’s expertise lies in the banking industry. He has been at Commonwealth Bank for over 7 years and currently serves as a Relationship Manager in the Premier Banking division.
Lashan holds over 6 years of commercial and consumer lending expertise, ranging from working capital finance, commercial and residential property financing, and equipment financing.
Lashan currently serves on the committee of the FINSIA YFP (Financial Services Institute of Australia Young Finance Professionals) as the Deputy Chair, where he alongside the committee organises networking events and educational seminars for their members, as well as connecting members with senior industry professionals.
In addition to his above commitments, Lashan volunteers at North Coast Church where he is one of the leaders in the Kids Ministry, where he leads the kids in discussions and talks as well as organises a Friday evening kids club for kids from years 4-6.
As part of his downtime, Lashan is either at the beach, playing sports (Cricket, Rugby, Boxing or Basketball) or hands deep in the kitchen experimenting new recipes.
