Felicia combines strong management consulting, strategy & change management skills with complex stakeholder engagement experience. She has managed large transformation programs, held strategy, and changed management consulting roles across the public and private sector in Australia and across the Globe. Felicia is originally from Romania and has moved to Perth in 2016, where she currently works as Agile Capability Manager for Racing & Wagering WA. Her passions involve travelling, camping, and spending time in nature with her 6 years old son.
