Ivan leads Quinton Anthony’s Mining & Defence Practice focused on global executive search for senior leadership positions across extractive industries, defence and heavy engineering sectors.
A member of AusIMM and a business graduate, Ivan partners with clients across the industrial sector value chain, associated contracting, services and equipment organisations. Focused on outcomes and working as a trusted advisor, Ivan manages confidential searches for critical corporate, operational, projects and functional roles in Asia Pacific, Africa, North & South America and Europe.
Prior to joining the search industry, Ivan worked in a leadership capacity for Department of Human Services, across Families, Jobseeker and Student streams in Western Australia.
Ivan is a committee member of Joondalup Family Centre and a member of their Risk & Governance committee, and a proud supporter of Canteen Australia. Ivan lives with his wife and two fur-kids. He is trying to improve his Archery and Photography skills and practices Olympic weightlifting.
