Paula is passionate about supporting families and creating strong, connected communities where people feel valued and supported.
In her professional role as a Trust Manager with Perpetual Trustee Company Limited, Paula works alongside First Nations communities, advisory committees, and a range of stakeholders to support good governance, community initiatives, and positive long-term outcomes. Throughout her career, she has worked across community development, education, and governance roles in both Australia and the UK, with a focus on building relationships, bringing people together, and helping communities navigate challenges and opportunities.
Paula believes that strong communities are built through genuine partnerships, inclusion, and creating opportunities for people to thrive. She is excited to join the Joondalup Family Centre Board and looks forward to working alongside fellow directors, staff, volunteers, and the wider community to support the Centre’s important work and help make a positive difference for local families.
