My name is Melanie and I work casually at Joondalup Family Centre.
I am a Diploma Qualified Educator and have been working in the Early Childhood Sector for over 16 years.
I love working with children, as it reminds me of how amazing and exciting the World can be and seeing things from their eyes.
I have a real passion for creating warm and nurturing environments for all children, so they feel safe, secure and supported, and I want to encourage them to become strong in their social and emotional well being.
I believe it really important to listen and provide comfort to children who feel misunderstood and help them to be more communicative and social.
